Chef Cari grew up in Long Island, New York in a big Italian family. As the granddaughter of an amazing cook, Cari’s Italian grandmother, Josephine, taught her the art of Italian food.
She moved to Texas in 2005, where she continued her tradition to entertain. In 2012 Cari began her professional training at Collin College where she received her Culinary Degree and Certification in Pastry Arts. Cari has worked in hotels, universities, schools and catering. Her unique personable charm continues to show her skill and talent for cooking.
After working in a corporate setting, Cari realized her desire to go back to her original passion… cooking for busy families.
